Yes, we know working out isn't always fun and easy, the word "boot camp" sounds intimidating, and our fitness and health journeys are always separated by different buildings and a motivation that likes to skip town when we need it most.
This is why we are here. Welcome to our holiday outdoor session! As the brainchild of a program designed and lead by two certified personal trainers (one with type 1 diabetes), our in-house dietician, a nurse practitioner, and endocrinologist who created the vision for it all, we invite you and adults of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds, to take part.

Parking lot of the Lake Mary office. See the instructions below for more.
Upon turning into Williston Park, drive past the first (colorful) building on your left. Make the next left at the brown building where you will see signage for the businesses in the complex. Park in the parking lot and walk towards the end of the lot where class will be held.
CAN KIDS JOIN:
This boot camp is specifically designed for adults, however, kids are welcome to participate! Just let Christina or Eric know in advance so we can properly prepare.
