The renovation includes modernized forward facing spaces, improved accessibility, and expanded parking to better serve our residents, businesses and visitors. This renovation was funded by fees generated from Development. 

This grand re-opening ceremony invites residents, media, and guests to celebrate the City’s commitment to innovation, accessibility, and community pride — and to experience a dazzling new landmark that showcases Sanford’s creativity.

The evening will include the breathtaking outdoor 3-D Illuminated Mural reveal, designed by artist Kirk Seese. Experience the stunning art that brings Sanford’s story to life with vibrant color and light.

·        A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony – Celebrate the reopening of City Hall’s renovated spaces.
