We'll kick things off with a short, mom-friendly workout, head out for our stroller-friendly walk & chat, and then let the kiddos take over with playground and splash-pad time.

? Back-to-School theme: We'll also have a simple activity for the kiddos while we talk about creating realistic family rhythms when schedules start getting BUSY again.
