Experience a session dedicated to self-expansion, where you'll explore new dimensions of your consciousness.

This is the 3rd of a 3-Part Yoga Nidra Meditation series, designed to deepen your practice, promote healing, and expand your consciousness. Each session will begin with a short lecture, providing insights into the purpose, history, and sacred nature of Yoga Nidra, followed by a guided practice.
The Nidra Session offered during the workshop will be recorded and sent to participants for personal use.
