He's been part of acquiring, entitling, or developing over 5,000 apartments and 3.7 million square feet of commercial space, including two transit oriented developments here in Utah.Before dbURBAN, Bryce was Vice President of Real Estate at Security National Life with responsibility for $110 million in invested equity. He was a development director at Hamilton Partners working on public private partnerships with UTA and the Salt Lake RDA, and before that a development associate with Alliance Residential in Las Vegas.At dbURBAN he handles corporate operations, project finance, investor relations, and asset management, which is another way of saying he's the one who has to look at the capital stack and decide whether a deal still works when the market stops cooperating. The company has developed 8,390 units and $1.095 billion in project costs, with about 1,250 units currently under development.Bryce has an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in Real Estate Finance from BYU.
