Their first project was a house condemned for its previous life as a meth lab. Since then they have flipped, rented, and short term rented nearly every residential product type out there, from high rise condos to large luxury homes.Angie is a licensed agent and runs transactions, property management, and project management. Zach handles the finances and the design.Their current project is the Adobe Desert Boutique Motel in Panguitch, a full revival of the old Adobe Sands.
