Before Castlewood, she was the Land Development Specialist at Hamlet Development, running acquisitions, entitlements, and horizontal development. Before that, she was an Urban Designer and Landscape Architect at IBI Group, helping developers and cities identify the highest and best use for their sites. And before that, she served as the City Planner for South Salt Lake, working the public side of the table.That combination shapes how she thinks. She understands what cities want, how designers see, and what developers need to make the numbers work.
