New Moon Lunar Intentions: Sound Bath & Journalling

Join us for a New Moon sound bath and journalling session designed to help you pause, reflect, and set intentions for the new lunar cycle ahead.

Nestled among the trees and surrounded by nature, this session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and take a mindful pause. A moment to reflect, realign, and set intentions for the cycle ahead. The new moon offers a powerful opportunity to turn inward and create space for what truly matters.

We begin with a deeply restful lakeside sound bath, where soothing vibrations gently guide your body into stillness and your mind into calm. From this space of clarity, you'll be supported with gentle journal prompts to reflect, reset, and plant meaningful seeds for the month to come.

Afterward, you're welcome to take a refreshing dip in our spring-fed lake, followed by time to unwind in our lakeside sauna or gather by the fire with a warm herbal tea or hot chocolate—closing the evening in reflection, intention, and connection.
