At each stop, the EFKS-Utah Youth will share traditional dance performances celebrating the unique culture and heritage of each island. A special part of each island’s celebration will be the Taualuga. During each Taualuga, families will have the opportunity to make a donation on behalf of their family in support of the dancers. As the dance takes place, everyone gathered—including our guests—is invited to participate by giving a dollar or two in support of that family’s dance. The Taualuga is a beautiful cultural tradition that invites everyone to participate and share in the celebration together.
