You will learn why the breath is considered the first instrument, how heart coherence influences the quality of a session, and how intention, presence, and frequency work together to shape healing experiences. Together, we will explore chakra frequencies and bowl note relationships, diatonic and pentatonic scales, harmonic intervals, contraindications and safety measures, tuning fork basics, the anatomy of gong playing with a gong playing demonstration, and the often overlooked role that silence plays in creating depth within a sound bath.This workshop is deeply experiential. Participants will receive guided, hands-on practice working with pure tone crystal singing bowls, learning proper playing techniques, types of mallets and their effects, bowl care, frequency checking methods, and the essential do’s and don’ts of sound bowl playing.
