But you don’t need heavy weights or fancy gym equipment to build strength. Endurance, core strength, and mobility can be improved with body weight exercises, using simple props like a wall, chair, or a railing, to help us move with greater confidence in everyday activities such as climbing the stairs, carrying groceries, and reaching overhead. Join us in a supportive and welcoming environment for exercises that build strength for everyday life as well as improve the range of motion in your joints.
