Para archery taster day

Hobart Archers is running a para archery taster day on the 30th November. If you have an impairment or disability and want to give archery a go, this session is for you!

We will have special guest Kevin Faulkner attending. Kevin has represented Australia at multiple world championships in different bow types and has donned the green and gold on many occasions. He will be there to answer any questions about what it takes to be a competitive para archer and representing his country, as well as how to enjoy archery recreationally and the mental health benefits of shooting.

The cost is $25per person, with all archery equipment and qualified instructors provided.

*We ask that parents/caregivers remain for the entire session, and get involved helping the instructors to collect arrows, where appropriate.

There is no formal registration form, you can just turn up on the day -but please let us know if you intend to participate, by commenting on this post or sending us a message on whichever platform you have found this ad on; so one of our team can be in touch to discuss the level of support you may require to participate on the day.
