Gentle Exercise program

Every Friday at Rokeby Trust Hall between 9-10am enjoy an hour of gentle, inclusive exercise in a welcoming and supportive environment.

These free sessions focus on improving strength, balance and overall wellbeing, with activities tailored to suit people living with disabilities or chronic health conditions.

Classes are led by qualified fitness instructor Paul Hamilton from All About Fitness and are proudly funded by the City of Clarence.
