The AGC was founded in 1984 by Judith Curphey OAM and was made up of 150 young girls in Melbourne; today it has blossomed to an organisation with 6,500 girls in training in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. 

A specially selected group of 56 choristers from all over Australia will sing and dance their way across Tasmania this September.
