In that spirit, we gather for acupuncture during the Summer & Winter Solstices and the Spring & Autumn Equinoxes with the lovely addition of Sound Healing. This event will feature the amazing @Jenny Bergold! Some patients maintain balance simply by attending these quarterly events, just like the Ancients suggested. We can learn a lot from those who came before us.

On Friday, June 19th, at 5:30 and 7 pm, and Saturday, June 20th, at 9 am, we will meet in @The Community Room for small-group acupuncture designed to harness and balance the Summer Yang energy. The Heart meridian is front and center during this time, giving us a chance to focus on increasing energy and tempering anxiety. You will be invited to relax deeply in a zero-gravity chair with a point protocol chosen specifically for the season while Jenny’s sounds inspire you to drift away. At the end of our time, I’ll remove the needles and send you floating on your way with your choice of delicious herbal tea, sweetened if you wish, with honey produced by local bees.
