There are seven major energy centers or points - called chakras - located within our physical bodies.  It is necessary to balance them in order to obtain and maintain optimal health. One of the best ways to relieve stress, align the chakras and bring your body back into balance is through natural therapies such as breathwork, aromatherapy, and yoga.
 
This workshop will be an informative, engaging and deeply personal journey up through the chakras through the use of restorative yoga, philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation and deep relaxation. We will also explore how
different essential oils can help to bring balance to each energy center.

Mary Gaffney has been a student of yoga for over 30 years. She obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2015 and 300 hour training in 2020. She is certified to teach various styles of yoga, including restorative, vinyasa, gentle, yin, and hatha. Mary has
also completed meditation training and holds a Reiki level 2 certification.
