New Years Day ~ Is there a better way to begin 2026, than with Reiki, Sound and Intention?

Join Nicole Donovan and Sheree Asdot at Lotus & Rose for a tender morning of Sound + Reiki + Intention to
begin a new year!

During this 90-minute class, Sheree will provide reiki energy healing individually, while Nicole harmonizes vibrations to bathe you with the crystal bowls. In the latter part of our session, you will be guided through an intention setting practice where you’ll have time to write and reflect on the months or year ahead!
