We will use images and/or memorabilia to tap into our senses as we welcome our benevolent ancestors into our loving circle. Through meditation and sound you will be lulled into a peaceful state, allowing your mind to soften and your heart to open.
 
Maybe your ancestors have a message for you? Maybe your inner knowing wishes to speak? Maybe you have something you want to turn over to their care?
 
This sacred container has a limited number of seats to provide a safe and supportive space for healing, reflection and kinship. Please bring ancestral photos / memorabilia, a journal, and an open mind.
