Fall. Fall is a time of transition; Summer becomes Winter, and in the process, there is a moment of perfect balance--the Fall Equinox. Daylight and darkness are equal. Day equals night. As someone who strives for balance and connection with Nature, this is a time to embrace and celebrate. Balance is a worthy goal. A balanced body leads to a healthy body, mind & spirit. That’s what acupuncture is all about. 

In preparation for Fall, what could be better than group acupuncture combined with sound by the amazing Jenny Bergold!?

On Friday, September 19th, from 6:00-7 pm and Saturday, September 20th, from 9-10 & 10:30-11:30 am, we will meet in our Community Room for group acupuncture designed to align your Qi with Nature’s. Lung and Large Intestine meridians are front and center during this time. Just like in our gardens, we want to harvest what is nourishing and release the waste to compost. Isn’t that poetic?! I love acupuncture.

You will be invited to relax in a zero-gravity chair with ear needles and a few body points, and drift away with Jenny’s sounds. After about 40 minutes, I’ll remove the needles, Jenny will share her thoughts, and together we will send you floating on your way with a delicious, seasonal herbal tea, sweetened if you wish, with honey produced by Tina’s local bees.
