Day equals night. As someone who strives for balance and connection with Nature, this is a time to embrace and celebrate. Balance is a worthy goal. A balanced body leads to a healthy body, mind & spirit. That’s what acupuncture is all about. 

In preparation for Fall, what could be better than group acupuncture combined with soothing sound by Cat Colant!?

On Friday, September 18th, starting at 5:30 and 7 pm, and Saturday, September 19th, at 9 am, we will meet in our Community Room for group acupuncture designed to align your Qi with Nature’s. Lung and Large Intestine meridians are front and center during this time. Just like in our gardens, we want to harvest what is physically and spiritually nourishing and release what is left to compost. Isn’t that poetic?! I love acupuncture.

You will be invited to relax in a zero-gravity chair with ear needles and drift away with Cat’s sounds. After about 40 minutes, I’ll remove the needles, and Cat will welcome you back. Together, we will send you floating on your way with a delicious, seasonal herbal tea, sweetened if you wish, with honey produced by Tina’s local bees.
