We’ll begin with a sound bath, cacao and guided meditation, creating space to slow down, ground ourselves and reconnect with nature.

We’ll close with a calming sound bath, allowing everything that has unfolded to settle and integrate.

If the weather allows, we’ll gather outdoors around the fire. Depending on the weather and group size, parts of the gathering may also take place indoors.
