Astronomy enthusiasts are set to celebrate the national observance of ASTRONOMY DAY on Saturday, April 25 with activities held at the Sandusky Library from 9:30 AM-NOON Activities for adults and children will include activity tables, solar observing, planetarium shows, book readings, a telescope display and telescope building workshop.
Astronomy Day was created by the Astronomical League, the world’s largest federation of amateur astronomical societies and individuals and has been celebrated nationally since 1973.
