Begin with a fragrant Thai red curry and coconut soup with tofu, lemongrass and coriander. Then enjoy perfectly seared Thai beef fillet served with crispy baby cabbage and fine green beans.

For the main course, prepare delicately steamed seabass infused with ginger, soy and lemongrass, served alongside flavour-packed Thai fried rice (khao pad) and a vibrant long-bean stir-fry (pad tua fak yao).

Finish with a decadent Thai cashew-toffee mocha cake — a rich, nutty dessert to round off your culinary journey.
