The Plant Based Culinary Experience
You're invited to a bold, plant-based culinary experience created in collaboration with SoPurist and the Vitality HealthyFood Studio. Where wellness meets indulgence through fun and flavour.
Start with crisp falafel served with roasted garlic flatbread, smoky brinjal schug (a spicy Middle Eastern green sauce), chopped salad and a silky matcha tahini sauce.
Move into spicy jerk tofu paired with turmeric bulgar wheat, roasted black beans, rehydrated mango, pickled onions and avocado: vibrant, balanced and beautifully layered.
The main course showcases a chipotle portabella mushroom steak with Mexican-spiced organic basmati rice, green beans and baby corn medley, crowned with chimichurri sauce.
End on a sweet high with pecan nut pie, pumpkin-spiced mousse and cranberry tuile for a refined, comforting finish.

Ticket prices are per person. A glass of complimentary wine is included, with additional drinks available for purchase. This is a live, interactive cooking class.
