Your starter brings brightness and heat in balance: citrus and fennel baked yellowtail, served with smoky chipotle bulgur wheat. For mains, dive into a creamy chicken korma layered with yoghurt, cashew, saffron and cardamom, dished up with golden paratha and crunchy raita – comfort food with a fine-dining edge. And for a sweet finish, enjoy a crustless blackberry frangipane tart with cinnamon crème anglaise and grilled plums – warm, indulgent, and beautifully seasonal.
