Start your day with sunshine on a plate at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio. Our Summertime Brunch Feast is a hands-on cooking class celebrating the vibrant flavours and feel-good energy of summer.
Begin with radiant shakshuka teacups — gently poached eggs in a piquant tomato and bell-pepper sauce topped with creamy feta and served with crusty bread.
Then enjoy a savoury trio:
• Mexican beef tacos with pico de gallo, avocado and mild chilli con carne
• A refreshing mango-turmeric-almond butter “sunshine smoothie”
• Spinach and feta frittata on toasted English muffins with rocket, chipotle spread, roasted peppers and caramelised onion jam
End on a sweet note with a slice of happy hummingbird cake — banana, pineapple and toasted pecans topped with tangy cream cheese frosting.
