Say ciao to flavour and join us at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio for a hands-on culinary journey through Italy's most comforting classics. Start the evening with an antipasto of creamy Orecchiette Alfredo paired with fresh basilico and ricotta cheese.

Then, tuck into your primi (main course) – a masterpiece layered Parmigiana di Melanzane – where smoky aubergine meets rich Napoletana sauce and a parmesan crown, served with a crisp rocket salad. Next, fire up the flavour with a perfectly seared beef fillet steak served with pillowy pesto gnocchi and fine green beans in tomato concasse.

And finally... Dolce vita! End on a high note with a dreamy tiramisu. Think coffee-soaked sponge, velvety mascarpone and a generous dusting of cocoa.
