Pain Cafe

We are launching our first ever Pain Cafe. Join us to hear Louise Trewern a well know pain advocate, diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis talk about her recovery journey and what helped her.This event will happen over a cup of coffee, tea or a cool-drink and snack encouraging those who attend to share their experience or simply listen to the experience of how to live a life with meaning and purpose despite daily persistent pain.
