Tickets
By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the South African Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind.
Ticket Policy
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.
Children above 12 years must purchase adult tickets valued at R60.
Ticket Requirements
All attendees, including children, must have a valid ticket for entry.
Only Tickets purchased through the official Quicket platform or at the gate will be valid.
Attendees may be asked to present ID or proof of purchase for entry.
The organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased from third-party vendors and may deny entry to ticket holders without valid official tickets.
Pets
No Pets are allowed, except for Assistance Dogs.
Assistance dog owners must be prepared to provide certified documents that confirm their dog is an Assistance Dog.
Food and Beverages
Personal food and beverages may not be brought into the event.
Media Consent
Please note that photographers and videographers may be present at the Venue.
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or other event-related purposes without any compensation being paid to you.
The organizer retains all rights to any media created at the event.
Liability
Event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

The organizer may collect and use your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”) and applicable data protection laws. All personal data will be used solely for ticket processing, customer support, and event-related communications.
Governing Law
These ticketing terms shall be governed by South African law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
By purchasing these tickets, the purchaser hereby confirms his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
