Classic Vegetarian Cooking Class R395 per person on our birthday promotion - normal price is R695.

Master vegetarian curries and breyani with Yudhika Sujanani as she shares all the hints and tips to creating spicy feasts! On the menu...braised mushroom and chickpea in coconut sauce, tamarind brinjal curry, paneer masala and okd fashioned veggie breyani with double and gadra beans steamed with basmati rice and lentils. We will also prepare s batch of roti during the class and make the paneer from scratch. On the dessert menu, is the decadent Holi Cow semolina pudding or soji. The class includes ingredients and recipes with notes, hints and tips. We look forward to hosting you.
