Conscious Connection experiences can be meaningful fun, profound and heart-warming with loving presence and curiosity. We drop into a meditative, mindful state as we explore theme through meditation, movement and guided exercises. 

This Conscious Connection Experience is an opportunity for you, in community, to explore what love is to you. To love and be loved is a deep human desire. Given direct experiences to pause, notice and be present, you discover your own inner wisdom and capacities. This experience also explores the more subtle and sweet ways each experience love. Becoming aware, expands your capacity to give and receive love in daily life. You discover your preferred expression: words, eyes, breath or hugs. 

Conscious Connection is a pay what you can event. Sliding suggestion is $15-30. Lodging options are on the website. Any additional donation for Conscious Connection experience would go to facilitator and be appreciated. Yet, your presence what is most appreciated! 

Arrive anytime before 2 00 pm to get settled in.
Welcome is at 2:00
Conscious Connection at 3:00
Dance Church North is on Sunday at 11 am. 

Bring own food and water or pay for meals meal. Meal options: Saturday community dinner $4 and/or Sunday pancake breakfast $3
