Step back in time with Living Voices, where a dynamic solo performance and archival film merge to narrate the hunt for gold in the Klondike with one independent young woman who risks everything for the promise of wealth and a fresh start during a time of global turmoil.

Klondike: The Last Adventure tells the story of Bess, a young woman who joins the gold rush of 1897, braving snow, solitude, and sexism to build a life on her own terms. Through dynamic live performance and archival film, this multimedia show traces the human stories of the Yukon Gold Rush and Seattle’s boomtown past. Created with the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park, this unforgettable program is perfect for classrooms, libraries, museums, and public audiences of all ages.
