You won’t want to miss JOSEPH’s indie pop/folk hits like “White Flag” and “Side Effects” live at the 2026 Summer Series.

Opening the night will be North Idaho singer-songwriters Sydney Dale and Hannah Meehan. Sydney has previously performed on our stage as the opener for Colbie Caillat in 2024.

We are excited to present our second annual Community Night performance. As a nonprofit, our goal with this concert is to provide an opportunity for the community to experience an evening of live music at an affordable price.

ABOUT JOSEPH:
JOSEPH is the Oregon-bred sister duo of Natalie and Meegan Closner, known for their powerful harmonies, emotionally honest songwriting, and genre-blurring blend of indie pop, folk, and rock. Since releasing their breakout debut I’m Alone, No You’re Not in 2016—which featured their hit single “White Flag” and landed them on The Tonight Show, TODAY, and the Billboard charts—the band has steadily built a devoted following through gripping live performances, national tours, and appearances at major festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury, and Bonnaroo.

Over the years, JOSEPH has released a string of critically acclaimed records, including Good Luck, Kid (2019) and The Sun (2023), praised for their rich vocal arrangements and soul-baring lyricism. With the recent departure of their sister Allie, the band enters a new era as a duo—leaning into greater vulnerability, creative autonomy, and emotional depth.

Their 2026 album Closer to Happy (via Nettwerk) marks their boldest and most personal work to date. Co-produced with Luke Niccoli (Carly Rae Jepsen, Miya Folick), the project explores themes of grief, self-trust, and radical self-acceptance. Whether through triumphant anthems like “I Believe In Myself” or gut-punch ballads like “Bye and Bye,” JOSEPH continues to turn lived experience into songs that resonate far beyond the surface.

ABOUT SYDNEY DALE:
Sydney Dale is a singer-songwriter known for her expressive voice and emotionally detailed writing. She began writing songs at 9 and released her first single at 14, building a sound shaped by pop, jazz, R&B, and folk influences.

She is deeply passionate about every part of the creative process—from songwriting to performing to recording—bringing intention and emotion into each stage of her artistry.

Her music explores love, growth, and connection with a sense of honesty and depth. With a natural ability to make personal moments feel universal, Sydney creates songs that resonate long after they’re heard.

ABOUT HANNAH MEEHAN:
Hannah Meehan, Sandpoint-based singer-songwriter, uses her music to weave together stories of joy and melancholy. Inspired by summers spent in the Pacific Northwest, Hannah reflects on the beauty and awe experienced outdoors. Her folksy sound has been influenced by the conversational styles of Paul Simon and John Craigie, as well as the bold, elegant vocals of Sammy Rae. Hannah was featured on Inland Sessions in 2026 and loves connecting with people while performing around North Idaho.
