For some people it can feel very restful & nourishing, whilst for others an unsual exploration where thoughts and body sensations take charge. More than a feel good experience, these immersions are about awareness through sound. Awareness of how our bodies and minds are, and where they go to in the process.Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow.
