Spring Yoga Retreat

Join us as we expand into those lighter, brighter days where all the possibilites of the spring season merge with the indulgent earthiness of Taurus season - an energy of growing ourselves from strong foundations. Together we'll move with what is and explore what could be!

WHAT'S IN STORE:

Shake the Dust! A movement practice that expands our capacity to be in this mad life. A cathartic blend of yoga, pilates, HIIT and dance, all set to a inspiring soundscape. No previous experience necessary, just a willingness to be with what shows up.

Astrology Chat! We will have not long have slid into the astrological new year - what awaits you on this spin around the sun? What is this world asking of you? What are you asking of yourself? What guidance can the planets offer? A chance to deepen your knowledge of your own personal astrology and ask any burning questions you may have :)

Embodied Yin Yoga A slower, floor based practice with longer held poses where your body is invited to guide movement and shape. Soften into the groundedness of the season. We let the earth hold us in this counterbalance to the yang of Shake the Dust.

Crystalline Sound Bath An invitation to rest the whole body in soothing vibrations. Crystalline sound meets you exactly where you are. Space to simply be, rather than do.

Tea and Cake It's Taurus season so of course we get to indulge in cake!

We'd love for you to join us. All are welcome and no experience is necessary. Props are provided but please feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.

Please note that by purchasing a ticket you are confirming you are medically fit to participate. You are most welcome to opt in or out of any part of the retreat and full agency is given for you to move in your own way too! Sound bathing may not be suitable for any one in their first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, or severe mental health issues.
