Senior instructors course

Information will be given out at classes this week to cover the weekend course of 14th November. I am reposting last weeks info as requested.

Only a few sessions left until the November black belt grading. I have been asked to add a Belfast student to the grading list. There are now 3 students being considered for grading on the Saturday. Assessments will be carried out on Friday 7.30pm to 9pm and Saturday 10.30am to 12.30. #Attendance at these two sessions is mandatory for grading students. Course times are Friday 14th November 7.30pm to 9pm. Saturday 15th :10.30am to 12.30.
Lunch : 12.30 to 1pm.
1pm to 2.30pm: Kata and kumite session (students choice)
Break 2.30pm to 3pm.
Grading 3pm to finish. All sessions will be held in the Aislann.
