This is a small, intimate weekend campout centered around Authentic Relating practices, presence, and real human connection.

We’ll be exploring what it means to:

• drop social masks and meet each other more honestly

• slow down and be present with ourselves and others

• practice authentic communication and emotional awareness

•build real connection in a grounded, nature-based setting

The weekend will include guided Authentic Relating exercises, group circles, optional workshops, and spacious time in nature.

? LOCATION + LODGING

This retreat takes place on private land just outside Tulsa.

Camping is the primary lodging option (please bring your own gear)

Limited indoor sleeping space is available for those with specific needs (first come, needs-based)

Local participants are welcome to commute from home if preferred

Expect a cozy, close-quarters, communal feel.

Food will be simple, nourishing, and community-oriented:

• Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided

• Sunday breakfast provided

• Snacks, coffee, and tea available throughout

Sliding Scale: $100–140

Pay what feels aligned — higher contributions help support others in attending.

Minimum of 8 participants required to run the retreat
