Approx 2hr each way with mindful breaks & rest before we return.  Please bring minimal gear, wear comfy shoes, water, sarong or towel.Swim & sun protection recommended as an option.  BYO your favourite mug or an instrument you can walk with is highly encouraged.Cacao & gentle facilitation provided.
