Join us in the warm embrace of Bonnells Bay Youth and Community Centre, nestled by the serene Lake Macquarie, NSW, 2264, for our Friday evening Sound Journey sessions.

 These experiences are open to everyone aged 12 and above. They are designed to introduce you to our healing practices, guiding you back to a zen mindset and paving the way for a delightful weekend ahead.

 ? Please note: Children and teens (12 to 17 years old) must be supervised by a parent or guardian that are attending the sound journey and should remain quiet during the sound journey for everyone's enjoyment. ?

 ? Session Structure

These gentle, grounding weekly sessions include:

- Welcome!

- Discuss the structure session to ensure a safe and nurturing experience

- Session theme

- Meditation: Breath awareness to connect with your inner calm

- 40 minutes of therapeutic sound featuring crystal bowls and gongs

- Time for quiet integration and reflection

- Journey close

Our sessions are crafted for children, teens, and adults experiencing... but not limited to:

- Want to experience a sound Journey.

- Experiencing stress and nervous system dysregulation

- Mild to moderate anxiety

- Emotional overwhelm

- Burnout

- Sleep difficulties related to stress

- Grief | Separation | Depression | Fear | Dark Nights of the Soul

?Please note, these sessions are designed to complement, not replace, psychological or medical treatment. We welcome clients under the care of a psychologist, counsellor, or GP as a supportive practice.

 Our sessions are designed to support you as you reconnect with yourself in a nurturing and uplifting environment, allowing you to connect deeply with your heart and soul. Inspire heart-centered living and promote emotional healing, empowering personal growth and fostering inner connection.

?Sound Journeys: Immerse yourself in the transformative vibrations of Shamanic drums, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, didgeridoos, flutes, ocean drums, and Tibetan gongs for deep relaxation and stress release.

?Guided Meditation: Ancient techniques that foster mental clarity, personal growth, and emotional balance.

 ? What to Bring: For this 1-hour event, please bring everything you need to ensure your comfort, whether on the floor or in a chair (BYO fold-up chair):

- No yoga mats or bolsters will be provided

- Journal and pen to capture your journey

- Layered clothing in case you get hot or cold

- Eye mask (if needed)

- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on

- Water bottle

- Small blanket (body temperature will change)

- A small pillow if needed

- A small crystal for your mat (optional)

? Cancellations / Session Transfers

No refunds

Bookings are transferable; you can transfer your session to a different Friday night with at least 12 hours' notice

If unable to attend your scheduled booking, please text Shane at 0425 214 288 to inform him, helping start on time, offer your spot to someone else, and arrange a new date for your transfer

Cancellations or transfers made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees. However, failing to notify Shane of a cancellation or not attending your scheduled session will result in forfeiting the full payment for that session. Thank you for your understanding!

Introducing Kylie

? Kylie creates healing spaces with sound and energy that bring wellness to the body and soul. A former corporate professional in Finance, she has found her true calling in this transformative work.

Introducing Shane

? Shane is a Shamanic Energy Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator (SPIRITUS), and Shamanic Sound Journey Facilitator. He collaborates with clients to address trauma's root causes, personal narratives, and associated energies. Previously part of the NSW Health IT Industry, Shane now dedicates his life to Shamanism, Sound Healing, and Breathwork.
