We move through a slow, intentional yoga flow with asanas dedicated to each chakra, guided by breath and awareness. Each movement gently clears emotional blockages, releases stored tension, and restores energetic balance.

As the body opens and the nervous system settles, the mind naturally quietens. From this grounded space, creativity unfolds into intuitive floral art—an act of meditation in itself. There is no right or wrong, only presence, expression, and self-connection.
