• The Basic Step: You will master the signature quick-quick-slow rhythm that defines Samba no Pé.
• Arm & Hip Styling: You will learn how to add the authentic flair, movement, and energy that makes Brazilian samba so captivating.
• Technique & Posture: You will receive tips on proper body alignment to help you dance longer, faster, and more safely.
• Rhythm & Musicality: You will learn how to connect your movement directly to the irresistible beat of the bateria (the samba drum section).
