A health-fitness educator and mentor with over 15 years of experience leading group exercise classes, including aerobics, stretching, strength training, Zumba, and dance workouts. AFAA, NASM, and trained as a Myofascial Release and Precision NMT—TMJ Myofascial Practitioner.
Today, I integrate a holistic approach to movement, blending the principles of mind-body connection.
What to bring: yoga mat, towel and yoga block as well or anything you need to support your practice. We usually do class barefoot.
