A Talk on Understanding Grief
Why does it hurt so much to lose someone you love? What happens in your brain as it tries to cope? What happens to our bodies as we go through the grieving process? How can we come to understand grief to help ourselves navigate this lonely landscape?

We will be launching a small weekly grief group for SMA Single Seniors after the talk.
