Info: Here’s your chance to try bellydance! This workshop is a gentle and fun introduction to the world of belly dance for the beginner. Participants will learn common belly dance moves, muscle isolations and techniques, as they are introduced to popular Middle Eastern rhythms and music. We’ll briefly discuss the cultural context and history of bellydance as we dance, to build a foundation for the body and mind.
