Strategic Plan Town Hall

We are in the process of setting goals and priorities for the next five years. We’re asking the community to review our strategic plan, challenge it, and help refine it. Your feedback will shape the final version.

The plan uses a simple framework built for direction and accountability: a North Star that defines our purpose, Azimuths that set our major strategic goals, Waypoints that mark our accomplishments, and Landmarks that track measurable progress. It keeps us honest about where we’re going and whether we’re actually getting there.

An additional Town Hall meeting will be held Saturday, December 13 at 2:00 p.m. at the San Marcos Activity Center.
