Roughhouse is turning 7! Here's what's happening:
BEER RELEASE // Cowboy Cookie--an Oatmeal Stout with chocolate, coconut, oatmeal and pecans! 7.0% ABV available on draft and in cans to-go. You better believe we'll have some proper cowboy cookies for dessert, too!
CRAFT BBQ PLATES // We'll be set up serving pork belly sliders and sausage plates! These plates will be limited quantities, BUT our regular food menu will also be available.
ANNIV MERCH // Merch tent with special Graham Franciose anniversary art on tshirts and bandanas!
CHAINSTITCHING 1-4 PM // Local artist Chloe Doyle will be on site offering live freehand chainstitching of your name on our bandanas
HOT POKING 1-5 PM // Brewer & Owner Davy will be running a hot poke “Bierstacheln” station to enjoy an old world technique of caramelizing your beer for the perfect winter treat!
LIVE MUSIC 2-5 PM // By The Wingos! The Wingos is a local country/blues band that features multiple members of Texas String Assembly + students/alumni of the Texas State jazz program.
BOOK POP-UP 11 AM-3 PM // Books of Wimberley mobile library will be on site with some books to peruse!
