We host this event at Tantra outside on their stage, because we know that it serves as a place where our community wants to gather and events draw in passers-by as well as the folks looking over while they're at HEB. Plan your attire accordingly, and of course water will be available as well as hand fans. 

We'll start setting up at the event at 5:45pm and begin the first group of the forum at 6:30 pm. You are encouraged to bring out your people, campaign swag and signs, signup sheets, etc! 

During their group, candidates will have a one-minute introduction and one-minute closing speech, since the event is primarily focused on audience questions 

The audience will provide written questions for each place, and the moderators will endeavor that the questions give everyone equal speaking time. Additionally, we'll provide all questions from the night to the candidates if they wish to further address them in community posts! 

We're allotting 15 minutes per candidate, and will have each place grouped together. Candidates will also be provided with a "speaking stick", one side oh which will say "I agree" and the other "I disagree" and that will queue us to call on you for comment if you care to elaborate, but we'll only have one microphone for the people on stage. 

The run of show will be:
6:35pm - Welcome, rundown, and first group taking the stage
6:45pm - 7:30pm - Place 6 (Bill, Lisa, and Juan Miguel),
7:35pm - 8:05pm - Place 4 (Shane and Heather),
8:10pm - 8:40pm - Place 3 (Jane and Alyssa) 
8:45pm - 9:15pm - Mayor (Ryan and Amanda) 
9:15pm - 9:30pm - Closing Civics Club remarks and networking with audience
