Join us for a Serenity Sound Journey (aka Sound “Bath”) - a restorative, therapeutic sound immersion experience that harnesses the transformational power of sound energy and vibrations—combined with breathwork, mindful presence, and intention—to release daily pressures, foster emotional healing, and connect with your inner peace.

Through a harmonious fusion of artistry, science, and sacred sound, take some time out for some nourishing self-care—supporting you in feeling more grounded and restoring harmony to your body’s natural vibrational state.

This event is open to the Gala Pride and Diversity community and allies - a safe, intentional, and inclusive space where deep relaxation, healing, and transformation can unfold.

The LGBTQ community, and other marginalized groups, often face unique challenges, including discrimination, societal pressure, rejection, and identity struggles, which can lead to stress, anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt. Sound Baths offer a non-invasive, supportive way to address these challenges, promoting relaxation, emotional healing, and connection.
