Join us for an immersive experience of a silent disco ecstatic dance at The Center SLO, infused with a Yoga/Dance Flow guided by Ana Culbertson, a live DJ set by DJ Oceana, and a nourishing crystal bowl sound bath by Jamie Nicole of Harmonic Holistics.
The music is streamed through silent disco headphones as we dance together ecstatically.

What is ecstatic dance?
Ecstatic dance is inspired by principles of freedom and liberation. To feel free and graceful in one’s being, high-vibes music creates an internal experience of somatic healing.
What are the guidelines?
We kindly ask you adhere to certain guidelines to maintain the safety and inclusivity of the contianer:
Alcohol and substance free - we will be enjoying a natural buzz from the experience
Limited to no talking on the dancefloor - we enourage you to drop the conversation and be with your own body, and your own healing journey
Barefoot: ground into your body on a new level. Footwear is okay if you need for health reasons
Consent: Use your body language to express your sacred "yes" and sacred "no" if you wish to dance with a partner. Observe others’ signals and practice respect.
Lack of adherence to these guidelines may result in removal from the dance.
No photos: allow yourself to fully immerse in the present moment ~ let your own heart remember the experience, for you :)
What if I can't dance?
Whether you are a seasoned dancer or have never taken a dance class before, this container was made with you in mind. This is an embodied experience where we are able to move freely - no performing, no judgement. Just returning to our roots of movement and sound!
