Guided by KJ, The Rooted Yogi, we’ll open our circle with grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and meaningful intention-setting.

DJ Shawna Mox will lead us into embodied expression through conscious dance—an invitation to celebrate your freedom and joy in sisterhood.

Jamie Nicole will bathe us in healing sound and sacred voice, inviting a deep inner restoration.

This is your time to pause. To breathe. To remember.

Because when women gather, we become an unstoppable force of nature.

Yoga mat

Dress in comfortable layers

Blanket or pillow for added comfort

An open heart and curious spirit
